Generated insight for new user what doesn’t have ample historic data should be clearer that Frank can’t see that history yet and provide reasonable output. Instead it reads as if I went from 0 to amazing.

I'd like to monitor how close I am to paying off my PNC bank mortgage for my primary residence. I would like to understand how much I've paid towards principal this year, how that compares to last year, and get some direction around how to pay it off and my payment habits so that I can pay it off within 18 months at the most.

Cancelled card to 400 error
I cancelled by WellsFargo credit card. It still shows a balance, a healthy connection and the last connection from 2/10. I tried to force refresh to see a $0 balance but got a 400 error (probably because I cancelled the card).

Idle Cash alert is too proactive
this morning I paid a few bills, at the earliest the money will debit my bank account on the next business day. I chose to credit my bank account this morning so that the funds are available when the bills post the next business day. A few minutes the idle cash email job ran . My suggestion is to delay that email until the afternoon of the next banking business day from when the large bank balance is first identified.

I asked Frank to review my subscriptions. He identified the correct ones, but not the correct monthly amounts. For example, Frontier Communications. I pay $75 per month for interest, but Frank seems to think I pay $49.99. He also has the wrong monthly amount for my Hulu subscription.

Full screen chat to monitors (or transactions)
1) went to ‘full screen’ chat by moving the chat section to the right 2) Then, clicked on monitors. Nothing happened. I think the behavior should be to move from full screen chat to half screen when you click on the navigation on the left.

Double logins
Have lots of accounts where we have 2 separate logins. Capitalone for instance. Connected one login but when I try to connect the other, it skips asking me for login info and assumes im connected. There was no clear spot to log out. Have a bunch of ccs and accounts like this. Betterment, chase and fidelity but looks like fidelity is not supported.
