Have lots of accounts where we have 2 separate logins. Capitalone for instance. Connected one login but when I try to connect the other, it skips asking me for login info and assumes im connected. There was no clear spot to log out. Have a bunch of ccs and accounts like this. Betterment, chase and fidelity but looks like fidelity is not supported.

I don’t think we’re configured quite correctly with Plaid Link (phone number based “Plaid accounts”). Each time I go through, I’m being prompted for phone number and SMS code, even within a minute or two. Seems like the session should last longer.Additionally, I’m being asked for phone number even when it does nothing. Typically on Monarch, when I put in my phone number, I am then prompted with a list of accounts at that institution already authorized via Plaid. This doesn’t seem to be happening.

Not sure if the issues is with Frank or Plaid but I am not able to link my BlackRock account. Plaid cannot find the insitution. In the meantime, I am on my Personal Capital Empower account and the link is fine…

Manual Accounts decimal point incorrect.

I’m not getting updated transactions on my capitalone credit card. This may be at the account level because I do get updated transactions on my BOFA checking account.

I refreshed my bank of america account - the balance is not correct despite the date/time of the refresh changing. Also, the transaction start at June 2nd. Today is August 9th. I added a manual account. I entered the wrong amount. I tried to click the three dots to the right of the account —&gt; edit account.Nothing happened. I can’t edit a manual account.

When I click the three vertical dots next to an account balance on the Account page, nothing happens. I was trying to delete a connected account. It might be better to just have that as an option in the drop down.

When I was onboarding, I'm fairly certain Frank asked for my salary. However, when Frank was telling me what it knew about me, it said my household income was the amount I had entered for my salary. This is incorrect, which is the first problem. The initial question should have asked for HHI, not my salary.The second problem is that I have no way of updating my HHI - at least on mobile (I haven't tried desktop).
