Have something to say?
Edit Account Category
When an account is incorrectly categorized by our aggregator, I want to be able to override it as as user.
Retirement Tracking Table
You should create a retirement projections table that shows a year by year view of current accounts and how that compares with required retirement amounts.
Frank Notifications
It would be great if Frank AI could alert you not just when a big purchase has been made, but when you're nearing a budget goal or savings goal set with frank. So if I ask Frank email or text me an alert once I spend "X" on dining for the month, or once "X" goal has been reached on saving for this thing, or a notification when you're halfway there to spending or saving for said goal. That would be cool
I feel like I might eat out too much
can you please help me monitor how much i am spending at grocery stores vs. restaurants and takeout?
Raymond James IRA not showing up as "Retirement" but instead "Additional Investing"

Retirement Accounts
I want to make sure I’m on track for retirement. Keep an eye on my growth and measure the progress.
Scrolling on phone
When I login on my phone anything towards the bottom of the screen is hard to see because the page navigation buttons cover up the info. Unsure if there is a fix, but it makes it difficult to fully use all the features
Visibility during account creation
During the account creation process, the text was white in a white background and I was unable to see it well, even after trying on multiple devices to be sure it was not a personal setting.
Adding Pension
It allows my monthly pension amount for age 65 and I will not be taking any lump sum, but it is requiring that a number >0 be populated. Pension Lump Sum is not available for the Plans that I participate
Auto-select household member when only 1 user in forms
Will not allow me to update any of the categories. The red tab is blurred out and does not engage. This occurs for all catagories
Budget - Comprehensive
Build a tool that monitors these categories of spending: Rent Utilities (GA Power, Gas, Water, Internet_ Groceries (All grocery stores) Gas/Transportation (All Ubers, Lyfts, Gas) Eating Out (All restaurants and bars) Investing (all Robinhood and Acorns deposits) Other (convinient store purchases, activities, etc.) Car Insurance (USAA car insurance payments)
Customize Home Page
it would be great if there were a way to customize the front page. Specifically, I would like to remove “net worth” from the front. I’d be more willing to use the site in public spaces and even in front of friends or my partner if that number weren’t right in front of my face. Also, it is a little discouraging to constantly see that negative number, as a student
Custom transaction categories
These should a place for me to write a note about the spending. For instance, maybe it was used for a birthday or a special event
more prominently show unhealthy connections
I had an unhealthy connection that required me to reconnect. I only noticed it when I saw the red dot. A notification or email would be helpful.
Creating a word document
After I have a long discussion with Frank, I sometimes want a document to take away. For example, when Frank creates a plan for 2026 I want to be able to download that plan.
The chat window
The chat window is too narrow for long conversations and I have to scroll a lot. I wish it either was half the screen or easy to adjust.
Daily stock monitoring
I’d like to receive an update with daily movement for specific stock tickers like nvidia.
"What Changed In My Net Worth" insight weird for new users
Generated insight for new user what doesn’t have ample historic data should be clearer that Frank can’t see that history yet and provide reasonable output. Instead it reads as if I went from 0 to amazing.
Progress toward paying off house
I'd like to monitor how close I am to paying off my PNC bank mortgage for my primary residence. I would like to understand how much I've paid towards principal this year, how that compares to last year, and get some direction around how to pay it off and my payment habits so that I can pay it off within 18 months at the most.
