Frank Notifications

It would be great if Frank AI could alert you not just when a big purchase has been made, but when you're nearing a budget goal or savings goal set with frank. So if I ask Frank email or text me an alert once I spend "X" on dining for the month, or once "X" goal has been reached on saving for this thing, or a notification when you're halfway there to spending or saving for said goal. That would be cool
