Can not edit manually added accounts

I have added tow manual accounts: Fidelity & Coinbase. I was asked for Ticker and Amount of shares to add. When I go to edit the account in setting it only gives me the option to edit the name of the account not the values.

I also have the option to “update connection” under settings for manually added accounts which just gives me a plaid error.
